We are recruiting for a BIM Manager who will be based in Sydney’s CBD. Working with one of Australia’s biggest and most respected practices, you will be part of a team responsible for the delivery of a major Educational project. The practice has interests in a variety of sectors locally and internationally. You will certainly be aware of them and the work they have produced over the last 2 decades.

Currently in the market for a BIM Model Manager to be responsible for controlling all standards and information inputted into the model/sand the key point of contact for the whole team. It is important that BIM supports the project design aspirations, and is an integral part of the design process. The practice has been given scope to really ‘push the boundaries’ and are looking for someone who has the vision and ability to really create something special.

We are keen to talk with BIM managers with;

• Working Navisworks knowledge.
• A varied portfolio.
• Large-Scale project history.
• Project coordination skills and experience.

Additional responsibilities will include understanding the Project’s end targets and goals; auditing and managing the Model element author’s daily and weekly tasks; building the project specific content to project standards; testing different modelling techniques; and teaching/mentoring the project staff.
