The ideal candidate is not only one that can fit the skill set but also has the personality to match. Being approachable with a friendly, mature attitude is absolutely necessary along with being able to explore and adapt to new applications and processes.

Professionally you will need you to have:
•3-5 years experience with Revit (3d modelling, producing 2d documentation from 3d models, and creating schedules)
•BIM model (management/ creating schedules)
•Knowledge CAD softwares (SketchUp, MicroStation, Rhino) is highly regarded
•Degree in Architecture or equivalent

With in the role you will be assisting in the delivery of projects, assisting with the leadership and mentoring of Revit and the creation of building information models. This will involve taking responsibility for the quality of Revit product created by the project team.

Working with one of Australia’s biggest and most respected practices, you will be part of a team responsible for the delivery of a major Educational project. The practice has interests in a variety of sectors locally and internationally. You will certainly be aware of them and the work they have produced over the last 2 decades.

Currently in the market for a BIM Model Manager to be responsible for controlling all standards and information inputted into the model/sand the key point of contact for the whole team. It is important that BIM supports the project design aspirations, and is an integral part of the design process. The practice has been given scope to really ‘push the boundaries’ and are looking for someone who has the vision and ability to really create something special.
