A design led, internationally acclaimed, award-winning firm are looking for a CAD/BIM Support Specialist to join their London team.

The candidate will be responsible for maintaining and supporting all aspects of CAD (AutoCAD + Microstation) and BIM (Revit) usage and implementation in the office.

You will be responsible for; providing in-house support, assisting with colleagues and responding to helpdesk queries as required, organising training sessions, setting up projects in Revit, monitoring and enforcing CAD and BIM standards, software installations, maintaining CAD and BIM application licences and various other tasks.

You will need to have strong communication skills, as not only will you be dealing with the London office but also collaborating with CAD/BIM staff firmwide.

Up -to-date knowledge of Revit Architecture, AutoCAD and Microstation is required.

A design-led, award winning studio with numerous offices in the UK is looking for a Revit specialist/BIM Champion to join their London based team.

Preferably a senior manager/coordinator at Associate level, the ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the growth and development of the practices CAD and BIM capability.

Initially the role will entail but is not limited to; reviewing and finalising current BIM protocols and CAD standards, developing ‘roll out’ strategies for Revit across the firm, overseeing set up of projects in Revit, organising and providing training where necessary, evaluate staff competencies and allocate tasks accordingly, prepare Revit/BIM presentations to potential clients.

Once the initial set-up is complete, the role will occupy roughly half of the candidates time, the other half being spent on projects.

To qualify for the role you will need to have a background in architecture, preferably at Associate level, and will be fully fluent in Revit, AutoCAD and preferably Microstation, although not essential.
